Abstract

We demonstrate experimentally a nonreciprocal magnetoplasmonic mirror that achieves room temperature isolation with a rejection rate of 16dB by combining the THz plasma frequency of intrinsic small-gap InSb with its strong THz cyclotron effects. At typical THz QCL temperatures this goes up to 25dB.
