Abstract

The microring resonator biosensor sensitivity is enhanced by round-trip ring-down waveforms interrogated with two-staged Mach–Zehnder interferograms through optical low-coherence interferometry. The sensitivity and resolution on influenza DNA demonstrate 49 µm/µM and 1.53 nM, respectively.
