Quantum-confined Stark effect of lead halide perovskite quantum dots in a mixed dimensional van der Waals heterostructure

Abstract

We demonstrate quantum-confined Stark effect in Perovskite quantum dots by employing a voltage-tunable vertically stacked van der Waals heterostructure with 2D materials. A spectral shift of 10 meV was observed for the exciton peak.
