Optical Diagnostics and Hydrophobicity of Femtosecond Laser-Modified Polymers

Abstract

We report optical diagnostic studies of ultrafast laser-induced changes and hydrophobicity in polyimide films when fs-pulses are focused through glass in backward incident geometry at glass-polymer interface.
