Atom Probe Tomography with Extreme-Ultraviolet Light

Abstract

We have adapted an atom probe tomograph (APT) with an extreme ultraviolet (EUV) source. The EUV photon energies open a direct photoionization pathway unavailable in conventional near-UV APT.
