Abstract

We observe order of magnitude intensity enhancement and narrow, 4 meV, linewidth of luminescence of indirect (interlayer) neutral and charged excitons in localized spot in MoSe2/WSe2 heterostructure. The indirect trion binding energy is 26 meV.
