Abstract

We demonstrate coupling of mechanical mode of graphene resonator to that of Silicon Nitride resonator, resulting in 38 dB gain. Furthermore, with thermomechanical squeezing of graphene thermal noise, we demonstrate an overall measurement sensitivity of 3.8 fmHz1/2.
