Spectrally uniform discrete Fourier domain mode locked fiber laser by time domain modulation

Abstract

We propose and demonstrate a frequency domain linearized discrete Fourier domain mode locked laser with a rate varying pulse modulation in time domain. Discrete swept signal with an identical FSR of 100 GHz is demonstrated.
