Abstract

The impact of Wiener phase noise on NFDM transmission is experimentally investigated for dual-polarization discrete NFDM systems. The results show minimal OSNR penalty in back-to-back and limited degradation for 2000-km transmission for 750-kHz and 100-kHz linewidth, respectively.
