Electromagnetic Nonreciprocity Using Electron Beam in a Waveguide

Abstract

We theoretically show how the Lorentz reciprocity can be broken via inter action of electron beams with electromagnetic waves in cylindrical waveguides. Salient features such as the operating frequency range and nonreciprocity’s strength are discussed.
