Far-Subwavelength Spatial Resolution Using Relative Motion in Structured Illumination

Abstract

Far-subwavelength spatial resolution based on relative motion between a struc- tured field and an object with far-field intensity measurements is proposed, supported with numerical simulations, and demonstrated with speckle from random media to sense mi- crostructure.
