Ultrafast Charge-Transfer Mediated Indirect-Excitons in CsPbBr3/MoS2 Heterostructure

Abstract

We demonstrate the ultrafast dynamics of light-induced indirect-excitons (IDEs) in CsPbBr3/MoS2 heterostructure using transient absorption spectroscopy. Our investigations describe the charge-transfer from CsPbBr3 to MoS2 as a dominant mechanism of IDEs formation with picoseconds lifetime.
