Inverse-designed Optical Vortex Beam Emitters

Abstract

We experimentally demonstrate a suite of integrated inverse-designed optical vortex beam emitters. As these emitters are extremely compact, 3×3 µm, they are capable of operating over a 60 nm uninterrupted band.
