Improvement in fs pre-pulse and ps pedestal in the J-KAREN-P laser facility

Abstract

We have realized the removal of most pre-pulses with wedged optics and orders of magnitude enhancement of the pedestal with higher optical quality optics. We have successfully installed the plasma mirror system for further improvement.
