Abstract
Our 8 mL vacuum-gap Fabry-Pérot cavity uses lithographically fabricated mirrors to achieve >900 000 finesse, thermally limited noise to nearly 1 kHz offset, and 10-14 fractional frequency instability over 7 seconds of averaging.
