Denoising Temporal Sampling of Broadband Signals through an All-optical XPM-based Passive Talbot Amplifier

Abstract

We demonstrate an XPM-based passive Talbot amplifier for noise mitigation of broadband signals that improves by more than one order of magnitude the operation bandwidth × amplification factor product (>360 GHz) of previous electro-optic implementations.
