Second harmonic generation of blue light on integrated thin-film lithium niobate waveguides

Abstract

We demonstrate highly efficient second harmonic generation of blue light using periodically poled thin-film lithium niobate waveguides. Our device shows a conversion efficiency of η0 = 33000%/W-cm2.
