A Compact, Large Field-of-View, and High-Resolution 2D Imaging Device Based on Metalens Array

Abstract

We demonstrate a large field-of-view, high-resolution 2D imager by using a metalens array with bounded angular field of view. The metalens array is compactly integrated with a camera sensor with a total thickness of ~5mm.
