Multimode Diamond Cavity Optomechanics

Abstract

We perform multimode optomechanical spectroscopy of diamond microdisk cavity optomechanical devices, and observe mechanical modes with frequencies between 1 and 5 GHz with mechanical Q up to 14,000.
