Broadband Optoelectronic Mixer for Optical Frequency Division and Synthesis

Abstract

We report broadband optoelectronic mixers based on high-speed modified uni-travelling carrier photodiodes. Up to 500 GHz frequency mixing has been demonstrated without any other high-frequency components.
