An Algorithm for CW Doppler Lidar Wake Vortex Remote Sensing

Abstract

We propose a new type of algorithm to process aircraft wake vortex data for continuous wave Doppler lidar. This new algorithm is based on geometrical properties that characterized vortex radial windfields.
