Compressive Sensing with Partial-Complete, Multiscale Hadamard Waveforms

Abstract

A method for collecting Hadamard measurements of scenes and reconstructing with compressive sensing (CS). We sense with partially-complete blocks of Hadamard rows that can give superior results with fewer iterations compared to typical CS approaches.
