Iterative, backscatter-analysis algorithms for transmission maximization in highly-scattering random media

Abstract

We provide rigorous numerical evidence confirming the existence of highly transmitting eigen-wavefronts in highly-scattering random media. We develop physically-realizable algorithms for constructing these wavefronts using backscatter analysis that converge in just a few iterations.
