Source diversity transport of intensity phase imaging using a spatial light modulator

Abstract

We demonstrate phase retrieval using incoherent sources combining transport of intensity (TIE) imaging with deconvolution. Sources were patterned using a spatial light modulator to reduce artifacts due to physics of the TIE and to deconvolution.
