Abstract

ℱ-BASIS 3D microscopy employs acousto-optically synthesized non-redundantly multiplexed moving interference patterns and RF detection to measure dense Fourier sample clouds, enabling high-speed focus-free volume microscopy. We present our first fluorescence imaging results.
