Super-resolution method using phase scattering masks between observed objects and the hologram recorder

Abstract

We introduce a new method of incoherent digital holography using a random-like coded phase mask to achieve super resolution capabilities far beyond the classical limit governed by the numerical aperture of the imaging system.
