Superresolution phase retrieval from non-sinusoidal structure illumination

Abstract

We demonstrate a superresolution phase imaging method based on structure illumination. Phase variations beyond the diffraction limit is coupled to multiple orders of harmonics of the structure illumination generated by a 2D Ag dot array.
