Abstract

We demonstrate a 3D phase imaging model for scattering objects with intensity-only measurements taken with patterned illumination in an LED array microscope. 3D refractive index (RI) of polystyrene beads is recovered, and the preliminary results indicate that the proposed model outperforms existing methods in terms of quantitative accuracy of RI.
