Deconvolution in Scatter-plate Microscopy

Abstract

Scatter-plate microscopy is a lensless imaging method using a simple groundglass diffuser instead of a microscope objective. In this paper we describe further application of deconvolution improving both contrast and resolution of the acquired images.
