Abstract
A set of nonredundant frequency shifted beams transmitted from a 2-D nonredundant array of optical phased array tiles interferes pairwise to produce traveling fringes. Detected backscatter encodes a sufficient number of 3-D spatial Fourier components to enable Fourier synthesis imaging of a 3-D LIDAR target.
