Data fusion for high resolution fluorescence lifetime imaging using deep learning.

Abstract

We report a technique for high-resolution fluorescence lifetime imaging that is based on data-fusion of fluorescence lifetime images at low spatial resolution with fluorescence intensity images at high-resolution, via deep learning, for wide-field, real-time FLIM.
