Empirical demonstration of achieving image resolution below the optical diffraction limit with Image Phase Alignment Super-Sampling

Abstract

A super-sampling algorithm is applied to empirical sets of translated images taken in a laboratory setting. Measurements applied to processed images reveal that image resolution subceeds the system diffraction limit for range of aperture settings.
