Evaluation of Lung and Prostate Biospecimens at the Point-of-Acquisition with a Dual-Color Fluorescent H&E Analog

Abstract

We report a novel topical fluorescent staining method that closely replicates standard H&E, which combined with rapid ex vivo microscopy allows rapid nondestructive evaluation and diagnosis of intact tissue samples at the point-of-acquisition.
