Targeted detection of flat colorectal neoplasia with wide-field multi-modal endoscopy

Open Access Open Access

Abstract

We demonstrate a multi-modal video endoscope that collects wide-field fluorescence images in real time to detect pre-malignant lesions in colon that are flat and difficult to visualize with white light using targeted contrast agents.
