Diffuse correlation spectroscopy and tomography for longitudinal monitoring of blood flow changes induced by chemotherapy in breast cancer xenografts

Abstract

Blood flow differences between control and treatment groups, quantified with diffuse correlation spectroscopy, were highly correlated to the treatment efficacy assessed by tumor area in a murine breast cancer model.
