High-speed Functional Photoacoustic Microscopy of the Mouse Brain

Abstract

We have developed high-speed functional photoacoustic microscopy based on a single laser source. This technique is capable of imaging the oxygen saturation of hemoglobin in the mouse brain with an A-line rate of 100 kHz.
