Folate Receptor Targeting Probes for Two-Photon Fluorescence Bioimaging

Abstract

Two approaches to design folic acid conjugates for specific intracellular uptake against folate receptor-over expressing cancer cells are reported along with two-photon fluorescence microscopy imaging of HeLa cells demonstrated their uptake and folate receptor binding.
