Abstract

We quantified fluorescence photobleaching kinetics of our novel bifunctional agent (HPPH-CD) during PDT with fluorescence imaging. Our results show that HPPH-CD exhibit preferential uptake in tumors compared to surrounding normal tissue and longer wavelength emitting CD allowed monitoring photobleaching in deep tumors.
