PSF of 3D pupils: Diffraction tomography formulation

Abstract

We analyze PSF of 3D pupils based on diffraction tomography formulation. The PSF exhibit strong shift variance. The output field is a coherent sum of rotated Ewald spheres weighted by decomposed incident plane waves.
