High fidelity reconstruction of three-dimensional objects by FINCH fluorescence microscopy

Abstract

FINCH holography produces super-resolved images above and below the focal plane of the microscope objective but with different magnifications. A method is presented to faithfully reconstruct 3D objects with dimensional fidelity.
