Transport of Intensity Phase Imaging of Hydrogel Microwell Arrays

Abstract

We applied the Transport of Intensity equation for quantitative phase imaging of hydrogel microwells using a commercial bright field microscope. Reconstructions of microwell phase depths are validated computationally and experimentally.
