Holographic scanning microscopy – novel approach to digital holography and laser scanning microscopy

Abstract

Holographic scanning microscopy uses pointwise digital recording of scanning in-focus object-reflected and regular reference beams interference. It turned out, that in this case hologram structure differ from widefield hologram mode and necessitate special reconstructing processing.
