Phase profile analysis of phase objects through the use of a common path interferometer based on a one beam splitter configuration

Abstract

In this research we implemented a common-path interferometer based on polarization phase shifting and grating interferometry techniques in order to retrieve the phase data of the object in a single capture. Experimental results are also given.
