Quantitative Phase Imaging with Digital Holographic Microscope Using Spherical Reference Beam

Abstract

We designed a digital holographic microscope (DHM) using a spherical reference beam and an autofocusing method to facilitate high-precision wide-field phase measurement. We then developed a portable DHM using the proposed design method.
