Autofocusing and resolution enhancement in speckle-illuminated digital holographic microscopy

Abstract

Sequential speckle illumination is incorporated into digital holographic microscopy (DHM) for autofocusing and resolution enhancement. The feasibility of the proposed method is demonstrated by microscopic phase imaging on a transparent sample.
