Viewing angle enhancement of integral imaging using layered display

Abstract

Integral imaging three-dimensional display has many advantages, but its narrow viewing angle is a problem. In this paper, we propose a method to enhance the viewing angle using two display panels which can present directional elemental images. The principle of the proposed method and experiment results will be presented.
