Tomographic phase microscopy of rolling cells in microfluidic flow

Abstract

We propose a tomographic reconstruction method for three-dimensional refractive index mapping of full-rotating cells in a microfluidic channel. Rolling angle recovery is achieved by exploiting the morphometric features of cells.
