Low Coherence Digital Holography Microscopy Enhanced by Optical Trapping

Abstract

We present low coherence digital holography microscopy with optical tweezers. The holograms were fitted with Lorenz-Mie theory, resulting in a resolution of 1 nm for the diameter and 0.0005 for the refractive index of microspheres.
