Deep Learning Bi-telecentric Digital Holographic Microscopy for Aberration Compensation Applied to Cancer Cells

Abstract

A bi-telecentric DHM configuration is developed to optically mitigate phase aberrations due to MO and tilt due to reference. A novel automatic background area detection based on deep learning for residual phase aberration compensation is also developed.
