Observation on dynamic process of live osteocytes using digital holographic microscopy

Abstract

The paper presents the dynamic process of live osteocytes observed by digital holographic microscopy, while the cell deformations are mainly caused by disrupting the F-actin. The changes of cell thickness and area are analyzed.
